Embassy Suites
At seven stories and 156 rooms, Embassy Suites is the tallest building in Antelope Valley, Calif. The 80,000-square-foot hotel had originally been planned with chillers and water-sourced heat pumps. When bmi was contacted by sun development in Indiana to provide a value engineering package we explained the price for that set-up was prohibitive and the design was finally commissioned with Mitsubishi Electric HVAC.

Nasa Dryden Consolidated Technology Building
BMI was chosen as the top mechanical contractor for the new data operations center for NASA DFRC. This project includes construction of a 30,0000 sf communications center and offices. The mechanical portion of this center is considered to be the top priority for NASA, timing organization and mission critical equipment were at stake.

Henry Mayo Hospital Valencia
BMI was chosen by Intertex General Contractors to provide complete mechanical installation for the new cath-lab remodel expansion and new chiller line phase. This project highlights our process piping skills ,DDC controls and large installation expertise.

March Air Reserve Base
ITSI general contractors chose BMI to complete a 40,000 sf renovation on a vintage air craft hangar. This scope included two 40 ton Trane air handlers, Raypack boiler heating system and a Trane DDC controls all associated piping ductwork and installation.
