BACCO Mechanical Inc. provided HVAC/Controls and plumbing for all DFS retail stores at the new Bradley West Terminals at the Los Angeles International Airport.
BACCO Mechanical Inc. recently completed the installation of both HVAC and plumbing construction services for the first and largest tenant build out at the new Tom Bradley International Terminal at Los Angeles Airport.
The large-scale commercial project began Jan. 15 and was on-budget, BACCO officials said. The installation included 11 Trane C/HW fan coils; 11 Krueger VAVs; hot and chilled water piping; and all rectangulat and round ductwork. BACCO also completed the domestic plumbing, including waste and venting systems for multiple sink areas, condensate drains, and electronic trap primers. The centerpiece of the project - a PACE 18,000 CFM air handler that weighed in at more than 16,000 pounds and measured 16 feet long - was installed in only 16 hours from start to finish. - Indoor Comfort Magazine
